Rescuers are still trying to reach the injured and recover the bodies of the dead from the wreckage of the crash. Fourteen carriages of the Indore-Patna Express derailed at around 03:00 on Sunday near the city of Kanpur. The death toll has been rising throughout the day and is expected to rise further.
